I’m calling it Greek Yoga because it’s funny, and concentrated. I stole this series from the trainer on sparkpeole, where I lost 40+ lbs, though I’ve maintained the loss through NWCR recommendations.
I do these poses for a count of 15 per side. I like that the one is standing and the other two can be done on a bed or couch. these images are detail from a graphic by Grounded Panda’s 20 poses for beginners. Maybe I’ll make my own drawings, though. In my spare time.
