Grading system for food; oxidative stress grade

Fructose content, or any added sugar content. But what differentiates a B,C, and so forth? 25 grams.

Sodium content in excess of 2 mg per calorie. More than 1500 mg is an F.

Fat in excess of 5% of food volume. More than 20% is an F.

Artificially sweetened food is never an A.

Fruits and vegetables are typically an A.

Activity: strength building is worth 30 min of cardio. It’s extra credit. Minutes of walking, running, and what’s in between. So a 5k burns 400 calories (for an average woman), is an hour walking. So let’s call 15 minutes a grade level.

Demerits: inadequate sleep
